Fabulous and fairly clean place, polite and pleasant staff. Generous breakfast with lots of meals. Magnificent location, close to a live music venue. Just next door to Town and Beach as well as shops.

We didn't have time, so we would love to stay here again. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within walking distance of Gallery. Furthermore, the area was pretty nice.

It's the best hotel I've stayed at in Bournemouth, all is top notch, sauna, pool, breakfast and of course the cleanliness of the rooms is perfect.
There is no such thing.

Very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the garden where it was served was lovely . Travelling with 2 teenage girls we found the family room spacious. Unfortunately we were not able to use the health club due to being busy with the cheerleading comp however would try to make time next time.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in a quiet location on the west cliff of Bournemouth. The rooms are very tastefully furnished. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for. Free parking is available in front of the house. The beach and city centre are within walking distance.

Enjoyable swimming pool, spa and gym, although reburbishment was taking place at the time of our stay, but remained open. Convenient location to shops, beach and BIC. Excellent breakfast.

The lodge was a good spot for our large family. The pool and spa were fantastic. Breakfast was particularly splendid, with high-quality options that pleased everyone.
My kids wished for more family activities on-site .

The lodge is an annex to the hotel. All functions such as breakfast, reception and spa are in the hotel and you walk along outside. But the lodge is cheaper. Very nice gym and spa area.
The single room was quite cramped. A hook for the coat would be nice.
